First. we don't sell, trade, or lend customer
information of any type to anyone.
We keep only the information that is needed to
provide service. This includes standard contact information
(phone, email address, physical address. product purchase
information, etc.). We do not do telephone, mass
email, or regular mail solicitation, although we might contact
you occasionally with information about your product. We
regularly send customers filter cartridge change
reminders.
All transactions involving credit cards are
handled by industry-standard "secure server"
technology, and we retain only the information that is required
by the bank that processes our charge cards.
