Model 77Q
Model 77Q is designed for convenience and ease of service. It
is built from the Omnipure Corporation's Q-Series quick change
encapsulated filters. . Since the entire vessel is discarded at cartridge change,
there's never any mess or hassle. It's as easy
as changing a light bulb. And it's totally leak-proof.
These are also compact, easily portable units. (Because of
the tall, slim design with very narrow base, we don't recommend
it if you live in a tilted house or if there are high winds in
your kitchen.)
We offer one style only. The single cartridge choice is a
10" encapsulated carbon block, CTO-grade. It is sold mainly
as a taste/odor filter. A single filter element will make great
tasting water from city tap water for at least a year. Replacement
cartridges cost more than comparable cartridges in other
styles. One pays for convenience. Please note that all
countertop units come equipped with filter cartridges. You
don't need to order replacements when you order the unit, but you
can save shipping charges if you do. Click
